What does the 'H' mean in the shoe sizing fields?
You will notice throughout our footwear section, some or most shoes will have listed sizes - (for example) 10, 10H, 11, 11H. The 'H' signifies a "half" size - ie. 10H = 10 and a half OR 10.5
Can I select "$0 Store Pick-Up" Postage and still have my items sent to me in the mail?
No, if your items total to $200 or over your postage will be FREE, however if your items are under $200 and you choose Store Pick-Up than you are expected to pick items up from our store. Our store hours are Monday - Friday 10am till 6pm, Saturday 10am till 4pm and Sunday 11am till 3pm.
Where is your store located?
XOSIZE Active is located at 282 Centre Rd in Bentleigh VICTORIA. We are quite easy to find and are situated on the corner of 'Gilbert Grove' and 'Centre Rd' right next door to "Extra Fresh Farmers Market".
Refunds & Returns
If you are not happy with your product that was purchased on-line for any reason, we will be happy to exchange it or provide you with a credit on your customer account, providing the product is returned to us in its original condition, undamaged and unopened. The customer will pay all freight charges.
If goods are faulty, wrongly described or different from a sample shown, you may choose between a refund, exchange or a credit.
Defective items must be returned to within (14) fourteen days of the purchase date to be eligible for replacement. Items will be replaced with the same item originally purchased. For items that cannot be replaced, a full refund will be offered.
