Ordering Process - What to Expect

Prepare your design concepts and start the ordering process.
When ready to submit your order or a request our team to start your design a $250 non refundable deposit will be required to start the ordering and design process, which will later be applied to your future orders

Our graphic department can always review your files at any stage prior to contract approval.  When submitting completed art work or logos
Adobe Illustrator or PDF format is recommended along with providing Vector logo files.

Request a "Fit Kit".
We encourage our clients to allow enough time for viewing our sample apparel to determine proper fit, select upgrades, and determine the style(s), that will meet your needs. A security deposit on your Credit Card ( VISA, MC, AmEx, Discover) will be required while the products is out on a two week loaner basis.

Confirm Your Order
Once you are ready to approve and forward your signed contract, all sizing must be final. Artwork and logo files should be reviewed by our graphic department to assure a precise reproduction. A 50% deposit it also required in the form of a cheque, credit card, or bank-to-bank wire deposit.

What we will provide you
A full scaled layout with fabric swatches will be provided by our graphic department and sent to you within 5 working days of a signed contract and reception of 50% deposit. Production cannot begin until you have forwarded your signed approval on all layouts and colors.

How can I monitor my production status?
Updates can be provided by our in-house sales coordinator so feel free to contract us at anytime. We receive weekly updates on your order and encourage you to stay in touch! The final balance will be required prior to shipment.  

Typical Lead Time
- Layout and Product Design takes 1 to 2 weeks depending how elaborate is your design.
- Once all the templates are signed and approved for production and 50% deposit is received we will ship out a Color Swatch Sample to you within 1 week of receiving deposit and approved design.
- Once the color swatch sample is approved production takes approximately 4 weeks.
- We will ship the entire order after receiving final payment for the gear including shipping charge.  You should receive your order within 1 week after making a final payment.

Total Cycle Time from start to finish is 5 to 8 weeks if all payments and approval process causes no delays.  

Special Requests
On special occasions you can request an actual pre-product sample from our account manager of the actual product, which will be charged at 2 times regular price.  The lead time for pre-production sample is 2 weeks from confirmation of the order and 50% deposit is received.

Terms and Conditions

Payment Terms:
50% deposit is required for all custom orders.  Production will not start until 50% deposit is received. . Orders will not be processed until the deposit has been received. Remaining 50% is required prior to shipment

Cancellations:
Customers that refuse or cancel orders after XOSIZE has received the deposit will forfeit the 50% deposit and will be billed for the 50% balance. All goods will remain the property of Rocket Science Sports, LLC. until paid in full.

Acceptance:
Client understands the possibility of error. Rocket Science Sports, LLC. is not responsible for replacement or refund. All sales are final.

Delivery:        
All custom wear orders are accepted on a first-come-first-serve-basis. Your delivery date will depend on when we receive your final order. Delivery is subject to the current production schedule and unless a specific date has been agreed upon in writing, delivery may be postponed. Completed orders will be shipped after customers balance is paid in full.

Changes:   
Once the artwork has been approved NO design or order changes will be accepted.  No exceptions will be made.

Samples:       
Samples are available for sizing purposes. Samples are sent with a credit card deposit and it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the samples are returned in good condition. When the samples are returned your charge card will be credited or we will credit your account if you are placing an order.  Samples not returned during your order time frame will be presumed purchased.  

Logo Placement:     
The manufacturer’s logo will appear on all custom garments.

Warranty:           
All garments come with a one-year warranty against manufacturer’s defects. The manufacturer reserves the right to repair or replace a defective item.
